  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 15 ounces black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  • Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly coat each corn tortilla with cooking oil and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake the tortillas for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
