  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 medium avocado
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
  • Fresh chives for garnish
  • Pinch smoked paprika for garnish
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs for 12 minutes, then cool completely before slicing in half and removing the yolks (retain only 4 yolks).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado with the retained yolks until smooth. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  3. Fold in the chopped cilantro.
  4. Fill each egg white half with the guacamole mixture using a piping bag for a neat finish.
  5. Garnish with fresh chives, a sprinkle of smoked paprika, and a pinch of sea salt flakes before serving.
