  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup melted milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare baking sheets.
  2. In a bowl, whisk almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
  3. Whip egg whites until foamy; gradually add sugar and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into meringue gently until well combined.
