  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into fries (or frozen fries)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for fries)
  • Salt (for fries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 C (400 F). In a mixing bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil and salt. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the diced chicken seasoned with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian herbs to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well; let simmer for 5-6 minutes until thickened.
  4. Plate the chicken topped with creamy sauce and sprinkle fresh parsley over it. Serve alongside crispy fries.
