  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain while reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
  6. Add pasta and reserved water to the skillet; combine well.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet; mix thoroughly until heated through.
